Problem Note 59280: After applying hot fix T72005 or T72006, you cannot open alerts in SAS® Enterprise Case Management when you use the default port number

When you attempt to open an alert in SAS Enterprise Case Management, you might see an error message similar to the following:

Failed to request data from http://your_server_here:80/SASComplianceSolutionsMid/rest/alerts/14404.table

When the problem occurs, the SASEntCaseManagement6.3.log contains the following errors:

com.sas.solutions.casemgmt.cpb.function.RunHttpGetDataLoader - HTTP request
returned a code other than 200 OK.

The problem might occur under the following conditions:

  • You applied SAS Enterprise Case Management 6.3 hot fix T72005 or hot fix T72006, and
  • You configured Compliance Solutions Mid 6.3 in SAS® Management Console to use the default port 80 for HTTP or default port 443 for HTTPS.

For example, the screen capture below shows a default HTTP port 80 configuration in SAS Management Console:


Default Port Number is 80
